Returns & Exchanges

We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of receiving your order. 

We offer free exchanges within 10 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in original packaging. 

We do not accept returns on sales items, gift cards, or accessories. Earrings are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Customs orders, personalized or engraved pieces are also non-returnable. 

Please note that all Sneaky Bird pieces are handmade by us, and we cannot accept returns on the basis of small variations. Each piece is special and unique and therefore any small differences are due to the handmade nature of the piece.
