RESIZING
All clients have one complimentary resizing, within 30 days of purchase. Any subsequent resizes will be a $25.
Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

Processing time will vary depending on the piece, all our pieces are handmade in our studio, if we have your piece in stock we will ship it within 48 hours. Otherwise you can find the estimated time for production in our ORDER WAIT TIMES LIST.

With the average order time being 10-15 days. Domestic shipping will be an additional 3-5 days. International shipping may take an additional 3-4 weeks.*

RETURN POLICY
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return any unworn jewelry in original condition. If it's for a birthday or specific date, please get in contact to extend the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sneakybirdusa.com. When your return is accepted*, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we don't offer refunds. If you changed your mind, we can swap your item for another or for store credit. Just send us an email hello@sneakybirdusa.com
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right :)
CLEANING AND CARE
To properly care for your piece we recommend purchasing one of our SPECIALITY POLISH CLOTH, found under our accessories page. The white side will remove tarnish, and the reverse side is used to polish the piece. Always use care when polishing your piece and avoid using liquid cleaner.
Because of the skin's natural chemistry and pH level, some people's skin may turn green, gray, or black when using sterling silver. This is normal and can be managed by daily polishing for about 1-2 weeks while using your piece.

Our pieces are made in .925 sterling silver, gold, and natural stones. All pieces can be made in 14k gold or 18k gold, upon request and pricing will vary.
